I joined the Lincolnshire Echo as a staff photographer in June 2003 having completed a National Diploma in Photography with Video, and having been awarded a special award at the 2003 Picture Editor Awards in the Corporation of London Student Award. I became a senior photographer with the paper less than two years after joining.

I cover a wide variety of news stories throughout the county and further afield and spend nearly every Saturday (and a number of Tuesdays) throughout the football season photographing Lincoln City home and away.
